As a medical enthusiast, i got a case where my patient is suffering from giddiness and balance. She had a lot of injuries because of unexpected falls and her suffering made me concerned and took a deep history taking which help in diagnosing and make her feel good again, here my empathy as a student took a challenge and this case improved me as a medical student.
We made a PaJR group and tried to evaluate her and we suggested her to take some medications which improved the blood supply to her inner ear so that balance and giddiness can be tackled.
CASE 2

In this case a 45 yr old female came to OPD with complaints of weakness in her lower limbs, this case taught me a wide variety of concepts which I learn in my earlier mbbs years this case provides the concepts as how to deal with some patients who are feeling helplessness and how their personal and professional life is effected and how emotional trauma their are facing because of how they are helpnessness
Here we made a PaJR group and evaluated her and treated her with medications which made her limbs strong and within 3 days she recovered well and able to move on her own which made me happy and gave me the confidence that I can change someone's life better with my knowledge learnt from this education.
